TWO: D4D Health & Wellness Medical Center has agreed to do a total health and wellness fitness report for Pure Fitness Members. The report includes: Health Risk Analysis, Medical Risk Analysis, Body Composition and Longevity Index. This is a year long monitoring program. Lab work is required every quarter and all four assessments are done each quarter as well. The first meeting is to establish a baseline and setting a treatment plan for the remaining year. THREE: If you are a diabetic or suspect you are a diabetic, go into one of the D4D Health & Wellness Medical Centers. The "D4D' stands for "Diabetics 4 Diabetics." We are well respected specialists in the control and management of diabetes. We have agreed to offer any Pure Fitness Member a free glucose test. Just walk in, ask for the test, and it will be done for you at no charge. If your numbers are high and suspect, we will provide you with a free glucose monitor and give you instructions as to what you need to do..

FOUR: Need to see the doctor and can't get in for a few days? D4D Health & Wellness Medical Center, "Diabetics 4 Diabetics" has placed in several Pure Fitness Facilities a fully staffed medical clinic. For Pure Fitness Members you can visit any of the medical centers, show them your Pure Fitness Membership card and have your medical needs met for a $50.00 first visit charge and each office visit thereafter will be just $30.00. You also get: same day appointments and no waiting to get in to see a doctor.
