Any diabetic can walk into any Pure Fitness, state you are a D4D Patient or Diabetic and your costs will be as follows: You will pay a one-time fee of $49.00 which is for the bank to process your membership, and First & Last Monthly dues of $22.00 per month and have unlimited access to any pure fitness facility. That is $93.00 upon signing and then just $22.00 per month thereafter.

For patients of D4D the cost is the same, however, based on your medical limitations, we will provide our own Medical Exercise Therapist to guide you through your required exercise programs. Since you are under Medical Supervision, your Insurance will cover the therapist assigned to you and possibly reimburse you for the membership to Pure Fitness and all associated costs. To get verification of this, call D4D and give Isabel the name of your insurance and she will get a pre-certification number and approval.

We encourage all diabetics, not just the patients of D4D, to start a exercise program of some sort and now there are no more excuses, you have a place to go.
